FRACTIONAL & INTERIM MISSION LEADERSHIP
Experienced leadership.
Mission carried forward.

FOUR PRACTICES. ONE INTEGRATED LIFE.
01Rule of Leadership
Name the convictions that guide your decisions. Make human dignity, stewardship, and the common good visible in the way you lead.
02A Rhythm of Life
Give prayer, work, reflection, and rest a place in your week. Build a rhythm you can return to when the pressure rises.
03Discernment Process and Decision Making
Bring a clear process to consequential decisions. Attend to reality, clarify the question, weigh options in prayer and conversation, choose a faithful next step, and review what follows.
04Fire Circle Method
Make space for honest conversation, shared wisdom, and mutual accountability in a community of leaders.

Peer Cohorts
Leadership can become a lonely place. Bring the decisions you carry into a small community of peers who will listen carefully, offer honest perspective, and help you follow through.
- A curated group of up to 12 leaders
- A monthly two-hour gathering rooted in prayer and dialogue
- A personal 30-minute coaching follow-up each month
- Real leadership cases, shared wisdom, and practical commitments
For Catholic executives, ministry leaders, parish and school leaders, and emerging leaders. Cohorts are shaped around participants’ responsibilities and stage of leadership.

Workshops
Give an important question the time and attention it deserves. Work through a real challenge together and leave with a shared understanding of who will do what, and by when.
- Discernment Process and Decision Making
- Strategic and pastoral planning
- Budgets, values, and ethical leadership
- Collaboration, trust, and leading teams through change
For team gatherings, board sessions, professional communities, and ministry planning days. Each workshop combines reflection, dialogue, and practical application.
Plan a workshopInside a Leadership Monastery gathering
Begin with welcome and prayer. Return to the commitments from the previous month, then explore a formation theme. Two participants bring real leadership situations for focused dialogue with the group. Close with a concrete next step and carry it into a personal coaching follow-up.
Our shared commitments are hospitality, confidentiality, curiosity, respectful listening, and honest feedback. Speak from experience, make room for every voice, and honor the distinct mission of each organization.
The questions we bring to the work
How does our history shape our future? What do our budgets reveal about our values? How do we exercise authority in service of others? What does Catholic identity ask of this decision? How do we build a community in which people can flourish?
Formation themes include Lectio Leader, prayer and vocation, servant leadership, communion, Catholic social teaching, mission and culture, discernment, stewardship, and right relationships. Each theme connects personal growth with the life of the institution.
Begin with a conversation about fit. Cohort timing, meeting format, scope, and fees are agreed before an engagement begins.
